FAQ

  1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in guaranteed from 14.00 on the day of arrival. Check-out until 10.00 am on the day of departure.

  2. What is the maximum number of people who can stay in a room?
    Some rooms can accommodate up to 4 people.

  3. What is the cost of a third / fourth bed?
    For the third / fourth bed there is a reduction on the price per person.

  4. Can you book a double room for single use?
    Yes, it is possible. The cost of a single occupancy is equal to the price per person plus the surcharge for single use 25,00.

  5. Are cots available for children?
    Cots are available on request. Cots for children under 3 years have a supplement of € 10,00 per day.

  6. Are there any rooms for disabled people?
    Yes, we do have a room for disabled people or those with limited mobility. Ash our staff for more details when booking.

  7. Does the online price include breakfast?
    Normally all prices are in Euro with buffet breakfast included and tourist tax excluded.

  8. Can I pay by credit card at the time of departure?
    Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

  9. Can I pay by check?
    If you let us know in advance of arrival. The Management maintains the right to withdraw or accept it.

  10. What if I change my mind and have to cancel my reservation?
    Rules for cancellations (cancellation policy): All bookings made directly to the Hotel Kennedy can be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival. After that date the penalty is equal to the cost of the first night's stay. These conditions do not apply to special offers, rates to half board or full board, for which there is a deposit of 30% of the total. This amount is held as a guarantee. These conditions do not apply also to all bookings that are made through an intermediary (agency, tour operator etc) to which reference is made to the conditions of the contract.

  11. The offers have different cancellation policies?
    Bookings made using our special rate WEB or Not Refundable can not be deleted or modified. Using this rate, once the reservation is made, you will be charged the full amount of the stay to the credit card entered on the booking form. For other special offers please refer to the cancellation policy indicated in the promotion used.

  12. In case of early departure, I have to pay the entire bill on arrival?
    In case of early departure than the previously confirmed reservation you are required to pay on a 3 days only basis at list price.

  13. What methods can I use for the deposit payment of 30% or pre-payment?
    You can pay by Credit card or by Bank transfer. Get in touch with us and we will provide you our bank details.  You can send a fax to +39 0541 57654 or by e-mail at reception@hotelkennedy.com
  14. Can you access the internet in the hotel?
    In public spaces and guest rooms WI-FI coverage is available.

  15. What is the actual distance from the beach?
    The Kennedy Hotel is less than 100 meters from the beach in a central yet quiet location.

  16. Do all rooms have a balcony?
    Some of our rooms have an outdoor balcony, some have french windows.

  17. Are pets allowed?
    Medium and Small Pets are allowed (only in the room).

  18. Is there a bar inside the hotel?
    Yes, we have a bar open 24h a day

  19. Is there a restaurant inside the hotel?
    Yes, from April to October, we have the family-run restaurant serving Romagna specialties, open from 12:30 to 13:30 and from 19:30 to 20:30, for which you must make a reservation.

  20. Are your staff on-hand to book tickets for amusement parks, museums, exhibitions and other events?
    Yes. Skip the queue and buy discounted tickets with advance reservation and entrance fees for major amusement parks around the Riviera.
